Last week, during the so-called semester break, my "MUMMY" and I went to Sunway Pyramid for dinner. So we were feeling a bit adventurous and decided to try out something new. Since there were so many new restaurants we never been to, we were really scratching our heads to choose the best option for the night. Finally, we decided on Michelangelo's Italian Restaurant. We did have a hard time looking for this place, but that is no big deal. When we were ordering the food, we were thinking maybe this is something like TGI's Friday where the food portion is quite large as the food were quite pricey. So we ended up sharing one of the Chef's Recommendations, which is a pizza with three types of poultry; ham, pepperoni and beef. The portion quite small though. Just sufficient for one person. I do like the thin crust of the pizza, just like the real Italian pizza and not Pizza Hut. Not bad at all.
Later, we had desserts, the Chocolate Lava Cake. I tell you, the size of the cake is just slightly a bit larger than the 50sen coin! And no, I am not exaggerating. It also comes with a tiny scoop of vanilla ice cream. We were like, "RM10 for this?????" However, I must stress on this, once we taste it, it was SO GOOD! It was REALLY REALLY GOOD! Way better than the Molten Chocolate Cake in TGI's. The cake was soft yet crispy and the molten chocolate inside was HEAVENLY!!! Ahhh... just thinking of it makes me drools.... Obviously, it was good but not satisfying~! Therefore.... we went to Waffle World to get our second helping of dessert! Need I say more? XD
