My 'date' on Saturday!

I went out with my darling soo today! Our husband sin couldn't join us as she was busy with her personal stuff. Anyway, we went to Gurney to shop. And then, we walked passed a nail polish stall. Soo wanted to buy some nail polish. As we were browsing, the lady asked us whether we want our nails polish. Since we never had our nails done before, so we thought "why not?" However it was very expensive for ten fingers/per person. In the end, since both of us wanted to save a bit of money, we only got one of our hands done. Soo did her right hand while my nails were polished on the left hand. It was really fun choosing the colour and stickers. Well, this was a really good experience to me. It turns out quite nice actually, though we had to be careful when we washed our hands. Still it was pretty good :P

After we had our lunch, soo went to have her right ear pierced! Hahaha... She was really undecided, still in the end she went for it :P After piercing, the surrounding part of the ear was totally RED!! Though you can't really noticed it as she had a long silky black hair covering her ear. :) Later, we spent the rest of the day, browsing at earrings, necklaces and other accessories. To our own shock, we spent all the money we brought. NOT A SINGLE DIME WAS LEFT!!!! THAT's my FIRST RECORD OF USING UP ALL MY MONEY!!! If my mum knew, she would break my bones!!!!!!!!!!!

All in all, it was a good day! I spent the day with my sweet darling, bought some girl stuff and had a wonderful time! The only downside is that the haze was terrible here! You can hardly see the view!! It was really really bad!

hMPh!!!!!!

Current mood: Moody
Weather: FREAKING HOT!

This afternoon, my mum and I planned to watch the latest film, 'Mr. & Mrs. Smith' after our weekly church meeting. As we were driving down to Gurney Plaza, the Gurney Drive's roundabout is jammed with cars! We were wondering, "What is going on?" We were really stuck in the traffic because the cars in front were like driving so slow.. then I got so fed up, I tried another route to go to the main entrance of Gurney Plaza (the one facing the sea), it was also packed with cars! I was getting pretty impatient. I drove back to the other side of Gurney Plaza (facing one stop). I keep telling myself, 'Patient'. As we went further, I realised what the traffic jam was all about! The car park was fulled and the guard would not let any car enter unless there is another car that will come out of the car park. Then the rest of the cars behind just wait there to get in, causing a stupid jam at the back! It is really stupid! How can these people be so inconsiderate?! I had wasted time and petrol for nothing! My mum just told me to head back home. The only good thing I can say for now, is that I'm comfortably cool in my abode compared to the weather outside.

The lesson that I had learned today is, "NEVER EVER GO TO GURNEY DRIVE ON WEEKENDS!"

very bored...

Life is so darn boring! Everyday going through the same old routine at the same time, at the same place with the same people.... Life sure needs some variety into it. Or else, it's like watching television reruns every single day. Like today for example, I woke up, went to college, studying chemistry for a test later, went for English, did not listen to her (as usual), had the test, flunk the test (for sure), had lunch with friends at Oriental and go for Maths. Typical lifestyle huh?
Right now, I'm sitting here in the library writing this, just to past the time to get to my next class, which is... (checking watch) still one hour and twenty minutes more. *sigh* They say, "Life is full of surprises", for me... I would say, "Life is full of surprises but it never comes whenever you need it!" But then again, it would not be a surprise anymore.. would it? So... how should I rephrase the whole thing.... Hmmm... (thinking really 'HARD') Maybe... "Life is full of surprises but when it never comes especially on BORING DAYS~" Hmmm.... does not seem to have the 'X' factor.. *sigh* whatever~ It's not important anyway. *Sigh*
Now I shall be leaving you all... while I go and play pool :P heeheh... like I said, life needs a bit of variety :P
